What do you think of this piece of writing?

It's okay, I guess. You have nice writing skills. But I think you've asked way too many questions in the piece of writing for my liking. These are actually the type of questions I ask myself but I'm not really into reading about someone talking about them.. So yeah, you are a nice writer but I'm not a fan of this type of writing. It sounds like a desperate diary entry? No offence. Good luck with your writing! :)
