Im confused what should i do?

My ex and I just broke up last Sunday. I really didn't consider us back together but I guess he did. we been calling each other baby and saying I love you when we wasn't together. but he got trust issues & very INSECURE, that's why we broke up in the first place. we've been dating for a year. he recently told me that he made a mistake and had sex with another girl at a hotel when he was drunk, we wasn't together but I forgave him. he asked me have I been talking to other boys I told him no, he didn't believe me. on our one year anniversary we wasn't dating and he went to this pool party with this girl. he said they danced and kissed. ( I really couldn't get mad because we wasn't dating at the time ) anyway he is very CONTROLLING he didn't want me to have a social life with my friends especially boys.. but he did what he wanted to do, he basically acted like he was single at times. Last Sunday he came over my house we was having a great time until he got my phone and went on Facebook and checked my inbox. He saw alot of boys writing me (but I didn't write back) and he got mad because I gave somebody my number. From there it was a mess, he called me a ho* and said i broke his heart, but I didn't do nothing wrong. We made plans to be together on his birthday on Friday but he cancelled it. He said its over forreal cause we broken up about 15 times. I love him to death, I haven't talked to him in 4days. His birthday tomorrow I don't know should I tell me happy birthday or not. I want him to text me first. I'm 16 and he about to be 17 what should I do.?
