Has anyone ever been to America's Inn in Houston, Texas and could give me an accurate, true review?

How is it and how is the quality/cleanliness. So many reviews like tripadvisor.com are very bad liars and overexaggerated. Please tell me about the hotel according to your experience. Thank you.
