Is it possible for cats to get liposuction?

Fat cats aren't very healthy, but it's not uncommon for cats to get 'fat sacks' on the bellies. I currently have 4 cats (and a kitten, and don't worry, we live in the countryside), and 2 of them have these, but are otherwise very healthy and active.
