If you know the town or area that she died in and the aprox. time you can check the death records in the newspapers. You can also check the cemeteries. They have a list of everyone. Also try the funeral homes. If you don't live within traveling distance you could contact a local university because some students will do this research for a reasonable price. Hope that helps.
